Responsibilities include coordinating breakdown responses, overseeing preventive maintenance, and monitoring metrics. This role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of manufacturing, warehouse, or related experience.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance activities and technician assignments.
• Prioritize maintenance work based on safety, production impact, and equipment criticality.
• Ensure compliance with lockout/tagout and safety regulations.
• Coordinate breakdown response and recovery.
• Ensure preventive maintenance tasks are completed on schedule.
• Monitor maintenance backlog, downtime, and performance metrics.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and performance management for technicians.
• Partner with operations to minimize equipment downtime.
• Support maintenance documentation and CMMS accuracy.
• Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives.
