Qualifications

• 3 years Production experience in a related production environment, preferably in a lead position.
• Solid leadership acumen.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, fast pace, and ability to measure/communicate results.
• Exceptional internal collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with production safety regulations/issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead Soil room and Washroom staff to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Lead ironing and tumble fold areas to meet daily/weekly production goals through efficient production processes.
• Exhibit sound leadership in concert with Crown Laundry culture and serve as a role model for company policies and procedures.
• Fill in and assist with any position as needed to ensure production goals are met, including tie-out and production positions.
• Collaborate with maintenance to keep equipment in good working order.
• Uphold safety by leading monthly safety committee meetings and addressing violations.
• Track and communicate production targets and achievements via visible boards and department meetings; ensure daily production reports are accurate.
• Ensure formulas and processes are documented, taught, and followed.
• Handle administrative duties and coordinate with office staff for new hire paperwork and reporting.
