Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Staff Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to lead manufacturing execution and transformation across NPI and sustaining operations. You will align build/test readiness, drive risk management, and coordinate across engineering, PLM, supply chain, and quality.

Your role focuses on defining program plans, managing changes, and delivering executive updates while ensuring smooth transitions from development to production in a fast-growing hardware environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program management, NPI or quality in hardware manufacturing.
• Experience guiding NPI through EVT, DVT, PVT and MP build phases.
• Excellent structured communication and risk-to-business translation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the NPI manufacturing program plan across EVT, DVT, PVT, MP phases.
• Own transition from NPI to sustaining operations and handoff to steady‑state production.
• Lead readiness reviews for changes in active production lines and validate risk assessments.
