Job summary

Faith Technologies seeks a Manufacturing Programs Manager to govern, plan, and execute strategic manufacturing programs across sites and production lines. You will lead a team of program managers, coordinate with Safety, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Materials to deliver NPIs, capacity expansions, and line launches.

The role emphasizes governance, metrics, and executive reporting, with responsibility for capital projects, ROI strategies, and continuous improvement across multiple plants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in any related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, industrialized construction, or related field.
• Travel: 0-25%
• Work Schedule: 7 am–5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain manufacturing program governance frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting standards across assigned manufacturing portfolios.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic manufacturing initiatives across multiple plants and product lines.
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs, maintain RAID logs, drive corrective actions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on status, risks, financials, benefits, and decisions.
• Lead and develop a team responsible for NPIs, capacity expansions, line launches, and process improvement.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver outputs for each initiative and launch plan.
• Develop and maintain capacity plans to support long-term forecasts and growth.
• Oversee integration of new equipment and technologies into operations.
• Drive Lean principles and change management methods to sustain improvements.
