Job summary

3M is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead NPI and sustaining programs from development through high-volume production. You will coordinate a cross-functional team of engineers across Product Engineering, Supplier Quality, Test Engineering and DFx to ensure readiness and scalable production.

You will act as the primary technical escalation point for ferrule production, driving root cause analysis and corrective actions while aligning with quality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start.
• Experience leading NPI programs from development to mass production.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions in manufacturing.
• Experience with contract manufacturers or external partners on process qualification.

Responsibilities

• Technical lead for manufacturing operations at vendors.
• Drive pre-production readiness and scale for hyperscale production.
• Provide root cause analysis and issue resolution for ferrule processes.
• Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams through NPI and sustaining production.
