Job summary
CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs across EVT to MP phases, ensuring readiness and risk management. You’ll align engineering, PLM, supply chain, and quality teams to deliver on new product ramps and sustaining production.
Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in hardware program management, a track record of leading NPI programs, and a strong engineering mindset.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in program management, NPI, operations, or quality within hardware manufacturing environments.
- Experience managing sustaining engineering programs, including ECOs, running changes, second-source qualification, or end-of-life planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the NPI manufacturing program plan across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phases, including schedule, build and test readiness, and gate reviews.
- Own readiness reviews for changes introduced into active production lines, ensuring changes are validated and risk-assessed before rollout.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level program updates, including status, risks, and decisions needed, to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
