Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking an experienced Staff Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to join the Hardware Quality & Operations organization. You will lead cross-functional build and test readiness for NPI and sustaining operations, aligning engineering, PLM, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality across ramped production and mature lines.

This role requires 8+ years in hardware program management, with strong risk management, EC/8D/CAPA experience, and the ability to deliver executive updates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, NPI, operations, or quality within hardware manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading NPI across EVT, DVT, PVT, MP build phases and transitioning to sustaining production.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional resolution of quality issues under time pressure and manage risk.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present status and risk to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the NPI manufacturing program plan across EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP phases with schedule, readiness, and go/no-go gates.
• Own transition from NPI to sustaining including documentation, spares strategy, and action-item handoff to steady-state production.
• Maintain risk registers across contract manufacturers, suppliers, and data centers; manage readiness reviews for production changes.
• Lead manufacturing and supply chain strategy improvements and build consensus across teams to drive decisions to closure.
