Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a Staff Manufacturing Operations Program Manager to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs for new product introductions and sustaining operations in our hardware quality organization. The role drives NPI readiness, risk management, and executive-level updates across engineering, PLM, supply chain, and manufacturing.

• 8+ years in hardware program management, NPI, or quality in manufacturing environments.
• Experience leading EVT, DVT, PVT, and MP build phases.
• Track record in sustaining engineering programs and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end NPI manufacturing program plan (EVT-DVT-PVT-MP).
• Manage transition from NPI to sustaining with proper handoffs and documentation.
• Stand up risk registers across contract manufacturers, suppliers, and data centers.
• Lead readiness reviews for production changes and ensure risk-based rollout.
