Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead development, procurement and implementation of off-the-shelf automation solutions or develop new standard automation to support manufacturing equipment needs.
• Plan and lead hardware and software improvements of automated lines, analyzing OEE data and coordinating with solution providers.
• Lead equipment validation activities such as FAT and SAT.
• Develop maintenance plans and oversee activities to achieve target performance and OEE improvements for multiple machines.
• Collaborate with Process Engineering to ensure equipment meets product manufacturing requirements.
