Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 to 10 years of related experience in similar roles.
• Experience leading manufacturing equipment engineering teams.
• Ability to set plans and evaluate performance against targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop the scope of all technical work, coordinate the team, direct work assignments and assist with problem resolution for the full customer product life cycle.
• Work with Process and Quality leaders to ensure the equipment plan meets customer product specifications and capacity targets.
• May be considered as Subject Matter Expert in Automation manufacturing.
• Develop best practice standards and participate in industry standards and training.
• Drive Equipment Opportunities and liaise with stakeholders and solution providers for design and specs.
• Ensure on-time delivery of the Automation project portfolio.
• Oversee site-level equipment capacity planning and capital equipment plans.
• Set yearly plans and provide performance feedback and evaluations.
