Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience in engineering or a related field.
• Experience in test engineering for manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for test data.

Responsibilities

• Define, qualify, install, and optimize test processes and equipment for manufacturing.
• Lead test process optimization to improve cycle time and yield.
• Debug test processes and equipment using DOE, analysis, and failure modes.
• Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to address yield issues.
• Support integration of test equipment with MES and data systems.
