Job summary

Responsibilities include reducing cycle time, improving yield, and supporting new line setups while collaborating with quality, operations, and engineering to meet output goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing engineering role.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite routing, operations, and work order management.
• Experience translating EBOMs to MBOMs in a PLM-integrated environment.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD (CREO or SolidWorks) for fixtures and layouts.
• Hands-on manufacturing engineering experience with process development and optimization.
• Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct an engineering team including designers and technicians.
• Drive process development to optimize cycle time, yield, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and operations to meet goals.
• On‑floor troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, and process issues.
• Translate EBOMs to MBOMs within a PLM‑integrated environment.
• Set up, ramp up, and scale manufacturing lines.
• Utilize MES integration and NetSuite ERP for routing and work orders.
