Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of high‑volume production processes. You will tailor manpower planning, develop standards, and provide hands‑on shop floor support to meet daily goals with a strong focus on safety, ergonomics, and quality.

You will drive process changes, lead cross‑functional collaboration, conduct time studies, and apply Lean/Six Sigma methods to reduce waste, improve cost and delivery,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent with manufacturing focus.
• 4 years of manufacturing experience; 8 years with an associate degree.
• Experience with time studies, line balancing, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead trials to validate manufacturability and stability of processes.
• Provide floor support to maintain productive operations and resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain production standards and equipment layouts.
• Drive safety, ergonomics, and Lean/Six Sigma improvements.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Materials, and Production teams.
