Ideal candidates have a mechanical/industrial manufacturing background with Lean Six Sigma experience, CAD skills, and ERP/MRP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field and a minimum of two years in manufacturing engineering.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement projects.
• Conduct time studies and labor analysis.
• Develop work instructions and SOPs.
• Perform root cause analysis.
• Support new product introductions.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
