Job summary

Valmont Industries in Tulsa, OK is seeking a senior Manufacturing Engineering leader to oversee the manufacturing environment and drive cost, quality and delivery improvements across the site.

You will lead the Manufacturing Engineering group, manage capital and expense projects, and partner with lean initiatives to deploy kaizen, 5S, and process standardization while ensuring safety and production targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• Ten or more years of experience in manufacturing engineering leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Manufacturing Engineering group to meet divisional goals.
• Manage capital and expense projects with cost/benefit analysis.
• Drive lean initiatives (kaizen, 5S) and cost reductions across production.
• Develop manpower budgets and staffing plans; mentor subordinates.
