Vivmark Residential is seeking a seasoned Lead Maintenance Technician in South Miami, FL to maintain and enhance apartment homes. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances; supervise technicians; and ensure turn-key readiness for occupancy. Safety and resident service are paramount in daily duties.

You will work a full-time schedule with 40 hours weekly, and be part of a team focused on excellence and exceptional living experiences.

Qualifications

• As per role, experience in maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general upkeep.
• Must be able to participate in on-call rotation and respond to service requests promptly.
• Demonstrates strong communication with residents and team members.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs per standards and turnaround times.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Mentor Maintenance Technicians I/II; supervise projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance and daily safety inspections.
• Maintain safety culture in line with policies
• Perform hot works (braze, solder, weld) as required
