Job summary

Vivmark Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician in Lake Park, FL, to manage and perform complex maintenance tasks across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general systems. You will lead technicians, ensure timely repairs, and maintain high-quality living environments for residents.

With 3+ years of hands-on experience and a valid driver's license, you will supervise preventive maintenance, mentor junior staff, and coordinate with teams to keep properties in top condition.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical.
• Valid driver's license and HVAC (CFC) certification or willingness to learn.
• Ability to read and understand policies and procedures and communicate with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Assist with organizing work orders and completing repairs promptly according to standards.
• Ensure vacant units and garages are rent-ready through turnkey work and preventive maintenance.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II on projects and tasks.
• Conduct apartment Preventative Maintenance (PM).
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safe work environment following safety policies and procedures.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
