Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC (CFC) certification or willingness to learn.
• On-call rotation availability.
• Strong customer service and communication with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances and more.
• Manage work orders and complete repairs per standards in a timely manner.
• Prepare vacant homes for occupancy with turnkey work.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
