Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow policies and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to on-call rotate with the team.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs to maintain residential properties.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner and ensure vacants are rent-ready.
• Mentor and oversee junior technicians and assist with preventative maintenance (PM).
