SunRidge Management Group seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. You will maintain safe, clean living spaces, oversee maintenance staff, and ensure timely service requests and preventive maintenance. Strong knowledge of lease forms, Fair Housing, and Property Code is required, with experience in OneSite or Yardi and MS Office.

Weekend on-call may be required. We value a safety-first culture, leadership, and excellent resident service.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage staff and daily operations.
• Strong understanding of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient in property management software (OneSite and/or Yardi) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Required CPO & HVAC certifications.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, with rotating on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Operational Oversight: manage maintenance supplies, monitor hazardous conditions, label utility cut-offs, keep areas clean.
• Leadership & Training: mentor maintenance team, lead safety meetings, approve service requests, manage budget awareness.
• Maintenance Coordination: schedule quick response to work orders, on-call rotations, preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors.
• Resident Relations: deliver excellent service, conduct move-ins/outs, foster community and satisfaction.
• Compliance & Reporting: maintain records, report to corporate, ensure licensing and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned to uphold property value and resident satisfaction.
