Job summary

SunRidge Management Group is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for a multifamily community. This on-site role requires proactive maintenance, safety leadership, and hands-on supervision of maintenance staff to uphold property quality and resident satisfaction.

You will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, and support a 40-hour workweek with occasional weekend requirements and after-hours on-call. HVAC and CPO certs are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of state lease forms, Fair Housing laws, and Property Code.
• Proficient with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) and MS Office.
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week, including weekends, and participate in on‑call rotations.
• CPO & HVAC certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of maintenance supplies and tools; ensure tools are in good condition.
• Identify and label all utility cut-offs; maintain property maps.
• Oversee safety and compliance, including HAZCOM standards.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high-quality service.
