Job summary

Kairoi Residential is seeking a Senior Service Technician in Austin to maintain and enhance our multifamily community. You will respond to resident service requests, mentor Service Technicians, and lead maintenance tasks across appliances, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.

You will guide make-ready preparations for vacant units and ensure grounds and amenities reflect a premium living experience. The role emphasizes customer service, proactive problem-solving, and leadership.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in apartment home repair.
Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
EPA and HVAC certifications required.
Must have OSHA safety knowledge and a strong customer-service mindset.

Responsibilities

Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and troubleshoot maintenance issues across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.
Lead and mentor Service Technicians; oversee make-ready process for vacant units.
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for after-hours emergencies as needed.
Maintain inventory and organization of maintenance equipment and supplies.
Ensure common areas, grounds, and amenities are clean and well-maintained.
