Qualifications

• Experience supervising maintenance teams in multifamily environments.
• Plumbing experience in multifamily facilities.
• Ability to operate testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical troubleshooting.
• Excellent project management and ability to multitask across multiple projects.
• Leadership qualities that promote teamwork, accountability and safety.
• Fluency in English with strong communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules daily and quarterly to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
• Manage projects related to property upgrades or equipment installations by coordinating resources, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to maintenance, electrical systems and plumbing operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and parts inventories.
