Job summary

The ideal candidate has HVAC and CPO certifications, apartment maintenance experience, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

• HVAC certification is required.
• CPO certification is required.
• Experience in apartment maintenance is required.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and repairs across the property.
• Lead, train and mentor maintenance staff and porters.
• Respond to resident service requests within 24 hours when possible.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections of systems.
• Ensure safety standards and proper chemical storage.
