Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations including troubleshooting, repairs and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules daily and quarterly to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
• Manage projects related to property upgrades or equipment installations by coordinating resources, timelines and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to maintenance, electrical systems and plumbing operations.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs and parts inventories.

Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Lead Maintenance Technician to lead our multi-site apartment maintenance team. In this vital role, you will oversee the upkeep and operational efficiency of our renovated units and full amenity properties, ensuring all equipment and facilities are functioning optimally. Your leadership will drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement initiatives across the portfolio. Duties:

• Supervise daily maintenance operations, including troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance for mechanical, electrical, HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and plumbing systems.
• Lead a team of technicians and maintenance staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of work quality and safety compliance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules daily and quarterly to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime
• Manage projects related to property upgrades or equipment installations by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to maintenance, electrical systems, and plumbing operations
