Job summary

Two Coast Living is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee daily maintenance for a multifamily property onsite, ensuring building systems, grounds, and resident amenities meet company standards. This hands-on supervisory role manages work orders, coordinates make-ready activities, trains and supports maintenance staff, and partners with property management to limit resident disruption.

The position requires 4+ years in maintenance, HVAC/plumbing/electrical skills, EPA/OSHA awareness,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of maintenance experience in property management or hospitality.
• 1+ year supervising two or more employees.
• 1+ year of inventory control, ordering, and procurement.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and oversee routine, preventative, and emergency maintenance across the property.
• Manage apartment turnover and make-ready activities with the turnover board.
• Supervise, train, and support maintenance team, leading by example.
• Collaborate with Property Management to minimize resident disruption.
• Maintain safety with proper handling of chemicals and OSHA compliance.
