Peoples' Self Help Housing Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily maintenance and repairs across multiple properties in California. The role involves coordinating with vendors, handling work orders in Yardi, and conducting preventative maintenance per the facility plan.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance or construction experience, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to operate light equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years maintenance or construction experience.
• Yardi or similar work order software experience.
• Experience working with vendors.
• Valid CA driver’s license, proof of auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Walk interior and exterior sidewalks daily; remove debris and wash surfaces as needed.
• Clean, paint and repair vacant units in line with policy.
• Coordinate with vendors for onsite repairs as requested by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Review work orders in Yardi daily and perform repairs not needing outside vendors.
• Inspect buildings and systems; perform preventative maintenance as prescribed.
• Maintain parts inventory and order needed items.
