You’ll perform preventative and routine maintenance, handle repairs, prepare units for new residents, and help keep buildings safe, functional, and visually appealing.

• Strong technical skills across building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
• HVAC certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Perform ongoing maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC.
• Prepare apartment homes for new residents within required timelines.
• Diagnose and complete repairs for work orders and service requests.
• Communicate unit readiness with management.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly.
