Job summary

PSHH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform daily upkeep of properties, inspect units, and coordinate timely repairs with vendors. The role requires strong maintenance knowledge and the ability to manage work orders in Yardi.

Ideal candidates will have leadership experience, a valid California driver’s license, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. This position involves onsite work across multiple properties in California.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years maintenance or construction experience.
• Yardi or similar work order software experience is required.
• Experience working with vendors is required.
• Leadership experience is desirable.
• Valid CA driver’s license and proof of auto insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Walk and inspect interior/exterior areas daily; perform repairs or coordinate with vendors.
• Coordinate with vendors for onsite repairs as requested by Maintenance Supervisor.
• Review work orders in Yardi and complete tenant repairs if not requiring outside vendors.
• Identify warranty items and contact manufacturers for repairs under warranty.
• Maintain parts and supplies inventory and order necessary items.
• Conduct periodic unit inspections with the Maintenance Manager.
