Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician III to support the operation of building systems in a high-volume client facility. You will lead a shift, guide technicians, and optimize preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability.

The role requires 4+ years working with automated conveyors and control systems, PLCs, and CMMS. You will read schematics, mentor peers, and contribute to safety and efficiency within CBRE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years with automated conveyors and controls.
• Experience reading blueprints and schematics.
• Experience with PLC programs.
• Knowledge of NEC and industrial electronics.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and improve functionality of MHE and robotic systems.
• Lead preventative maintenance and audits.
• Build and close work orders in CMMS.
• Mentor technicians and support emergency repairs.
• Promote safety and adhere to procedures.
