Job summary

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or completed trade apprenticeship.
- 6+ years of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems repair experience.
- Industrial manufacturing experience with PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronically controlled equipment preferred.
- Technical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing certifications or training required.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, CAD or SolidWorks, and ERP/CMMS systems.
- Knowledge of 5S/6S and Lean Manufacturing; safety practices and Hazwoper training.
Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee maintenance team during projects, equipment rollouts, and facility initiatives
- Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime
- Execute preventive maintenance programs and conduct equipment calibrations
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, plumbing, and control systems
- Schedule repairs and maintenance projects to adhere to manufacturing schedule and manage external contractors
