Job summary

gpac is seeking a Production Maintenance Lead Technician to support day-to-day manufacturing equipment maintenance in a fast-paced facility, driving reliability and uptime across multiple operations. The role requires knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, automated systems including FANUC robotics, and the ability to troubleshoot using schematics and PLC logic.

• 3–5 years of maintenance/repair experience
• PLC-based machinery and robotic equipment knowledge
• Strong troubleshooting and process improvement mindset

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair and rebuild electrical/mechanical equipment to meet production goals
• Test and adjust equipment for safe, proper operation
• Read wiring diagrams and follow PLC ladder logic to solve problems
• Keep parts inventory and log spare parts usage
• Communicate repair progress with on-site management
• Work under timeframes to complete reactive repairs
