Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or completed trade apprenticeship.
• 6+ years of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or building systems repair experience.
• Industrial manufacturing experience with PLC, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronically controlled equipment preferred.
• Technical, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing certifications or training required.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, CAD or SolidWorks, and ERP/CMMS systems.
• Knowledge of 5S/6S and Lean Manufacturing; safety practices and Hazwoper training.

• Lead and oversee maintenance team during projects, equipment rollouts, and facility initiatives
• Perform emergency repairs and troubleshooting on production equipment to minimize downtime
• Execute preventive maintenance programs and conduct equipment calibrations
