Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Woodland Hills, CA seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee complex trades and ensure safe, well-maintained apartment homes.

The role runs Tuesday through Saturday, 8am–5pm, and requires 3+ years in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance, plus a valid driver’s license and HVAC CFC certification or willingness to learn. You will mentor junior technicians and drive timely repairs for resident comfort.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC CFC certification or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready and prepared for occupancy.
• Mentor and supervise Maintenance Technicians I/II.
• Conduct apartment preventative maintenance (PM).
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify needs.
• Maintain safety culture and adhere to safety policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
