Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, comfort, and functionality across our apartment communities in Acton, MA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues, mentor junior techs, and oversee preventative maintenance to uphold ViviMark standards.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, a valid driver's license, and willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance.
• Ability to read policies and procedures including safety and hazard communications.
• Strong problem-solving and repair skills across multiple trades.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and other building systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and upkeep to ensure safety and resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with team members, train and mentor junior technicians, and manage work orders.
