Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, comfort, and functionality across our communities in California. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, while guiding junior technicians and coordinating preventive maintenance.

As part of a dynamic team, you will oversee work orders, train staff, and help ensure units are rent-ready.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance repairs.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HVAC (CFC certifications) or willingness to learn.
• On-call schedule availability in rotation with the team.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members.
• Ability to read policies including maintenance and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of PPE and safe chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and shutoffs.
• Knowledge of paint types and painting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, safety systems, and more.
• Assist with creating and organizing work orders; complete assigned repairs timely.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) on community assets.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain a safety-first culture and follow all safety policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
