Qualifications

• Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Completes service requests and repairs promptly and upholds standards.
• Ensures vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely fashion.
• Performs preventive maintenance and supports painting tasks as needed.
• Maintains safety culture and adheres to safety policies and procedures.
