Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Calabasas, CA to advance maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry while mentoring teammates and improving resident experiences.

The role requires 3+ years of hands-on maintenance work, a valid driver's license, HVAC (CFC) certification or willingness to learn, and the ability to work a rotating on-call schedule in a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to accommodate an on-call schedule in rotation with the team.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with safety policies, PPE and SDS handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry issues.
• Organize work orders and complete repairs to standards and timelines.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform Preventative Maintenance and inspect grounds daily.
• Support safety culture and follow Vivmark procedures.
• Provide housing discounts and phone reimbursements eligibility as applicable.
