Job summary

Olympus Property seeks a Maintenance Technician to join its service team and ensure repairs and maintenance of property facilities and apartment homes meet high standards.

You will handle plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliance repair, and preventative HVAC maintenance, including filter changes and coil cleaning. The role involves tracking requests and assisting with grounds, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of commercial, residential, or apartment maintenance experience.
• HVAC knowledge or EPA/HVAC license required.
• Flexible for emergencies and on-call as needed.
• Full-time; Monday–Friday 9 AM–6 PM (hours may vary).

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance requests with plumbing, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair.
• Preventative maintenance on HVAC units, replace filters, and clean coils.
• Repair or replace kitchen appliances and fixtures as needed.
• Track service requests and updates in the work order system.
• Maintain grounds and common areas; assist with priorities set by Lead Technician.
