Olympus Property is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician for The Point at Town Center. The role oversees daily maintenance operations, coordinates repairs with staff and contractors, and ensures the property and grounds are well maintained.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in apartment maintenance, EPA/HVAC certification, and are on-call for emergencies. Benefits include educational assistance, insurance, and retirement options.

Formación

• 3+ years in apartment maintenance or maintenance supervisor role.
• EPA/HVAC certification required.
• On-call availability for emergencies (minimum 2 weeks/month).

Responsabilidades

• Oversees day-to-day maintenance operations for the community.
• Schedules and leads repair/renovation work by staff and contractors.
• Inspects property and ensures compliance with laws and regulations.
• Maintains inventory of tools and supplies and coordinates with vendors.
• Coordinates repairs of structural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems.
