Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Huntington Beach, CA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, oversee maintenance projects, and ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver’s license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications) or willingness to learn.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule.
• Strong communication with team members and residents.
• Ability to understand policies, procedures and safety data sheets.
• Knowledge of PPE and proper chemical handling.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and operations.
• Familiarity with painting tools and finishes.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry and safety systems.
• Create, organize and complete work orders and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections daily.
• Maintain safety culture and respond to maintenance requests promptly.
