Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Huntington Beach, CA to maintain safety, comfort, and functionality of our properties. You will diagnose problems and perform repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances while mentoring junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC certs (CFC) required or willingness to learn.
• On-call schedule rotation with the team.
• Ability to read and understand policies and safety procedures.
• Knowledge of PPE and chemical safety handling.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs to standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on community properties.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness of grounds and buildings.
