Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Lake Forest, CA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and other systems, ensuring high-quality service and safety across the community.

You will oversee and mentor Maintenance Technicians I and II, perform preventive maintenance, and maintain rent-ready units while upholding Vivmark’s standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
• HVAC repair experience with knowledge of systems and safety.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry and related systems.
• Organize and complete work orders and maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work when needed.
• Mentor and oversee Maintenance Technicians I/II on projects.
• Perform preventative maintenance (PM) across the community.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Uphold safety culture and Vivmark safety policies and procedures.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per Vivmark standards.
