Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Irvine, CA is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to elevate apartment living. You will lead maintenance efforts, ensure safety, and maintain the physical condition of the community, delivering reliable service and high‑quality repairs.

With 3+ years in maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), a valid driver's license and HVAC (CFC) certification, you will supervise Technicians I & II, manage work orders, conduct preventative maintenance, and uphold Vivmark's safety

Qualifications

3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
Valid driver's license.
HVAC certification (CFC) or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

Diagnose problems and make repairs to maintain the community's condition and ensure timely service requests.
Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
Assist with creating and organizing work orders and maintenance tasks.
Complete assigned work orders and repairs to standards and in a timely manner.
Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready promptly.
Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
Conduct apartment Preventative Maintenance (PM).
Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
Maintain safety culture by following company policies.
Perform Hot Works (brazing, soldering, welding) when applicable.
