Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in Westbury, NY. You will lead maintenance operations across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related trades to keep apartment homes safe and comfortable.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical know-how.
• Valid driver's license.
• HVAC (CFC certifications) required or willing to learn.
• Ability to work on-call in rotation.
• Strong customer service and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and more.
• Manage and complete work orders promptly and within standards.
• Ensure vacant homes and garages are rent-ready with turnkey work.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct Preventative Maintenance on apartments.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily to identify needs.
• Maintain safety by following Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works (brazing, soldering, welding) per standards.
