Vivmark Residential seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician in San Francisco to lead maintenance across properties, diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, and mentor junior technicians.

This role emphasizes safety, timely service requests, and preventative maintenance to keep residences in top condition, with on-call rotation and potential housing discounts and phone reimbursement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general maintenance).
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC (CFC certifications required or willingness to learn).
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and safety systems.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartments and garages are rent-ready.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I & II.
• Perform preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
