Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in San Francisco to oversee complex maintenance tasks and mentor junior technicians. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, ensuring apartments are ready for occupancy and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in maintenance work including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs.
• HVAC certifications (CFC) required or willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Assist with organizing and completing work orders and maintenance tasks promptly.
• Ensure vacant apartment homes are rent-ready, including turnkey work such as cleaning and painting.
• Train and oversee Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Conduct preventative maintenance (PM) and routine safety checks.
• Inspect community grounds and buildings daily to identify maintenance needs.
• Maintain safety culture by following company policies.
• Perform hot works such as brazing, soldering, and welding per standards.
