Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician in San Francisco to elevate apartment living through hands-on leadership and proactive maintenance. You will diagnose and repair essential systems, mentor junior technicians, and ensure timely service for residents.

The on-site role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, HVAC/plumbing/electrical knowledge, a valid drivers license, and participation in on-call rotations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid drivers license.
• HVAC requires CFC certification or willingness to learn.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation.
• Strong communication with residents and team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Organize and complete work orders and general maintenance tasks.
• Make vacant apartments rent-ready with turnkey repairs and cleaning.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II.
• Perform apartment preventative maintenance.
• Inspect grounds and buildings daily for needs.
• Maintain safety culture following Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works per Vivmark standards.
