Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to ensure safety, comfort and functionality across our properties. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems, manage work orders, and oversee maintenance tasks to keep units rent-ready and well-maintained.

You will mentor Technicians I and II, perform preventative maintenance, and uphold Vivmark’s safety culture while contributing to a high standard of resident living experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance work.
• Valid driver's license required.
• HVAC certification (CFC) or willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, and other systems.
• Prepare and organize work orders; ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Keep vacant units rent-ready with turnkey maintenance and cleaning.
• Train and mentor junior technicians; perform preventative maintenance.
