Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more across apartment communities. You will organize and complete work orders, ensure vacant homes are rent-ready, and mentor junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• HVAC repair, plumbing, electrical knowledge required.
• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to work on-call rotation.
• HVAC-related certifications (CFC) preferred or willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
• Create and organize work orders; complete repairs per standards and timelines.
• Make vacant homes rent-ready with turnkey repairs and cleaning.
• Train and supervise Maintenance Technicians I and II; perform PMs.
• Maintain safety culture and follow all safety policies.
